Design & Consultation
EVERY project should begin with a plan. Our first appointment is always FREE. The goal with this appointment is to listen and determine exactly what you need and how we can help. Some clients know exactly what they want or already have a set of plans for us to bid. Others benefit from a little Plant, Soil, and Irrigation 101 as we walk around the project site. At the end of the first appointment we will have the following site information and be ready to help you move forward with the project.
- unique notes relevant to the project
- working budget for the project
- irrigation constraints:
- determine point of connection (POC) for the irrigation system
- Size of water meter
- Length of water service line
- Static water pressure
- Dynamic water pressure
- Flow rate (gallons per minute)
- location of power supply
- measurements to create a scaled drawing
- Soil Types
Once site information is collected the project can move forward three different ways:
- Request a set of construction documents that you can use get bids for the project. (a set of plans makes sure you get what you want, and contractors are bidding apples to apples.) a typical landscape and irrigation plan takes 10 hours and costs $500.00
- Agree to move forward with Weiss Landscaping as your landscape contractor and we will work with you to create a landscape and irrigation plan for FREE, and then begin construction of that plan.
- Request a FREE bid from us for plans that you already have

Maintenance: Green Service Level
Our Green Service is an economical way to have the basic needs of your landscaping met. Perhaps you still enjoy working in the yard some, let Weiss Landscaping take care of the basics, while you have all the fun. We also realize that there are some landscapes that simply do not require the advanced care our Black service provides.
Maintenance: Black Service Level
When you have had all the rest, it is time to see for yourself what so many of our clients already enjoy… Black service crews are staffed with experienced and professional individuals able to offer advise and care for your landscaping in a way that none of our competition can. Black crews carry an array of gardening tools and professional equipment so that they can tackle any of your landscape needs. Black crews are familiar with your irrigation system and controller and will help you manage and adjust your system as each year/season/climate is different.
